Thanks. It's a 2006 Saw Viper helmet with the top and microphone cut off. I can't remember now, but I think it's upside down. You can see it better on Bucky's custom. The painted stripes on mine make it harder to see.

Man those look great! Glad my Torpedo custom could offer some inspiration to others. I really like your Wet Suit with the woodland camo! Also, I'm gonna have to purchase one of those CFT noggins packs now. That head sculpt is super cool!

So after posting my new SEAL team members, I realized that Depth Charge is EOD, which was a pre-cursor to the SEAL program. So technically, he is a SEAL. So I had to give it a try:
I guess he came with a Wave Crusher back in the day: This is what I used for Reference: I chose to use the Mouse torso so the rolled up scarf looks like his wet suit hood pulled down. I decided to keep him in dive gear for the upper torso as he's "on call" for having to move into action. I put pants on him so he can use pockets and carry a weapon when he's dry. (Plus, the upper torso paint scheme makes him somewhat identifiable as Depth Charge.) So that completes my Joe SEAL team. I know there is one more (Harpoon from GI Joe Extreme), but I just can't bring myself to make something from such an abomination of a figure. Harpoon is being left out.

What an awesome SEAL team, really dig the parts combination utilized to complete all these fantastic looking customs! Paint apps are crisp as well. I never got a chance to see much of your work before so I'm glad you started posting pics of your custom work again.
Look forward to seeing more here! |

Going back to the list of Joe Navy personal from Troynos, it looks like the only figure don't have after Depth Charge is the DDP character MARINER. He is an amphibious assault figure:
I used these pics for inspiration: I found this Jet ski at Cabela's. I didn't get around to painting it. Just removed the decals:

Here is a pic of all of my dry gear Naval Joes:
The next few are all of my Naval Joes (plus one non-naval naval Joe.): Back Row: FLAGG Crew 3rd Row: Icestorm, Deep Six, Mariner, Topside, Rampart, Cutter 2nd Row: Depth Charge, Dr. Link Talbot, Wet Down, Night Fox, Tracker, Shipwreck, Wetsuit, Torpedo 1st Row: Keel Haul It's crazy but out of the 30 figures here, 25 of them are mods or customs. I guess I better get a FLAGG soon so I can display them properly.
