This is a Stheno figure with the snakehair replaced with SW Quilon vos hair. Accidental cosplay type thing, she looks like Whoopie Goldberg, right? Indiana Jones cemetary guy head with Shadow Tracker hair, gold wire.
Tamiya Flat Earth color = Stheno skin tone.
