Here's some simple mods I did on my FSS figures.
I didn't feel that I needed another figure with the Kickstart head so I changed up his head and used the one I had used for my custom Sneak Peek. I also gave him the belt I used on my custom one with a hook for his walkie talkie thing that the vintage one had. I thought about giving him Viper lower legs to match the vintage better, but decided I do like his current look, so I left his legs. For Scoop, I just hate it when a vintage figure had a removable helmet but the club releases an updated one without removable helmet. I wish I had the time and guts to hack up my FSS Scoop head to hollow out the helmet, but I just don't want to do that to such an expensive figure. Instead, I gave him his vintage head and also the wrist thing on his left arm. Both customs involved no painting at all. Scoop: Sneak Peek:

Thanks. I really wish the club made a removable helmet Scoop though as I feel the vintage one is a little bulky. Just can't bring myself to hollow out the club one.

Solid improvements on both figures. And I agree: the Club should have Hasbro making ALL of the figures with removable helmets! Especially for as much as they charge for them. But that is just my personal opinion...

I like the use of the ARAH Scoop head. Any thoughts of repainting it, especially the eyes, to make it match the modern figures more?

Thanks for the comments. I don't plan to repaint. I hate painting eyes and I think painting it will make things worse.
Even for my Blocker when I painted the eyebrows, it was more crisp at first and then I tried touching up and it didn't look as good. That is about the most I'm willing to paint anywhere near the eyes...haha.
