I dig it!
Looks like something Cobra would come up with. The muddy boot print on the LAV rocks by the way, nice touch. What kind and color paint did you use? |

Never heard of DAK colors, may have to look into those. The blue you used looks like a perfect match to the Cobra blue. Cool to see little details like the boot prints and the fact the go up the handles as well shows a good bit of creativity. I really dig the small details. Keep it up! |

DAK is actually short for Deutsch Afrika Korps. The German army that was based in North Africa during WWII. The bullet holes were made with a hot screwdriver with point tip. I heated it up, stuck it into the plastic. the painted around it with black and then touched it with a dab of silver. So these are really holes into the tank. Looks better in person. My "Fang" is now posted in that link. Again, no stickers yet. |

Also, for the Major Blue, I used Krylon Royal Blue that says adheres to plastics. Got it from Walmart for $4.86 i believe. Funny thing, when I was buying 2 cans of it, the worker carded me (I'm 34) and said she has to for preventive measures of graffiti. I said, why would I buy $5 cans of special paint, when I could get the el cheapo walmart brand for .97¢ a can? They amaze me at that store. |
