EDIT: The figure links are up above!
Here is the breakdown of what I did to the figures.. Ace: I used Ace's VvV Helmet and Snake Eyes Body with Cobra Trooper Gear to make Ace. Breaker: I used a new head and a normal helmet. Cobra Commander: Resolute CC with Mutt's helmet. Crimson Guard: Regular CG with Viper gear. Dial-Tone: Flint's head, duke body with Wild Bill's vest. Doc: I just added in Hawk's backpack. Dusty: I used a leatherneck figure with Hawk arms and put on a bandolier from the JvC line. Falcon: I used Snake Eyes explosives bag and a custom duke shirt. I also used Hawk's head with the beret instead of the original Falcon head. Flash: I added some gear and Hawk's helmet. Flint: Resolute/Viper/Cobra Trooper combination with Hawk's gun holster. Greenshirt: This was just a custom to guard my Joe base, its a Slipstream body with Snake Eyes head. Gung-Ho: All Duke body with custom Gung-Ho head. Hawk: I darkened his jacket and used Crimson Guard epaulettes instead of the Hawk ones. Interrogator: I'm keeping this one a secret :P Major Bludd: GIJCC Cobra Commander cape and Lady Jaye's belt. Tripwire: Main tripwire body with Wild Bill helmet. Last edited by Warrant Officer Flint; 04-13-2009 at 01:23 PM.. |

Hey-
Nice job, and a different take on some of these figs! I am especially pleased with your results of Falcon-Hawk! Gonna have to try this. |

Ah, thanks goosetuber! For Hawk I used Testors Model Master Acrylic Panzer Schocklandnbraun color (It's a really long name) and the Falcon head was pretty easy to do. I was scared to do it at first because I didn't want to mess up my only falcon but decided what the heck and went for it. Now her can have a better part in my joe ranks.

Haha, thanks MTN! The dusty was really fun to do, let me think of the recipe. Ok, heres how to make him, you will need superglue, an exato knife, Testors Model Master Acrylic Panzer Schocklandnbraun paint, a cobra troopers head, one of those VvV Dusty Joes with the helmet, a leatherneck figure, Hawk's arms, and the skirt thing off of snow job.
You can pretty much keep the Letherneck figure in tact, and just open up the top piece. Paint the upper body and torso the brown color and use Hawk's arms. Then cut the troopers back of the head down and superglue Dusty's helmet on. Then take some cloth or mesh and wrap it around his helmet and then superglue it in place. You then have a dusty! Make sure you also paint the skirt on Snow Job brown too and you can get the bandolier from one of the older Joes. I can get you some more in depth instructions if you would like. |

Nah, I don't have much more as of now. I am trying to use up all my spare parts though so I might have some in the next few days.

Nice figures. I would invest in a decent camera though. I would like to see some really detailed pics of the paint. They look really good.
