I call her the Night Reaper. I was going to apply decals, but I decided I like the unadorned, stealthier look.

That is looking really cool! That change in color gives it a totally different attitude. I'm looking forward to seeing more pics. What paints did you use for this project?

a few more.
I started out by doing a complete dis-assembly, removed stickers and sanded every piece. Sprayed the fuselage with a few coats of plasti-kote sandable black. Topped it with another couple coats of Krylon Fusion gloss black. I left the underbelly glossy, but sanded the sheen from the top half. I really dig the two-tone effect I got. I primed the missiles, bombs and cockpit/engine assembly and hand painted them with Folk Art paints. I gave the missiles and bombs a few coats of clear for gloss and durability.
