Thanks - the "Geared-Up" figures have been an added treat since they started & even if I give them only a minor tweak, I feel that I want to add them to my collection & include them in my story where I see fit.

Ha! Well when I was creating the story for Season 7 I wanted to do a throwback to the monster/dinosaur movies of old for my mysterious island's name, & doing a Wikipedia research one of the old stories I found came across had a place called "Grendel Island," I don't remember exactly where it was from, but I liked the name, as it sounded dark & foreboding & something from like the old GI Joe Adventure Team stuff so I lifted it as a type of old monster movie(s) homage! Thanks buddy I am very glad that you & some others enjoy the bios, they are mostly done 50% in my head while recreating the character & 50% when I am writing them the day of the drop! lol

Oh wow thanks Dod Ear! I'm glad that this thread has endured! There are a lot of beyond awesome customs on the Tank & I am kit bashing a product to make fun stuff that people can easily recreate and build an army from if they want to of established and obscure characters! It always amazes me how many of you come back for more & enjoy what I am doing, thank you for your continued support!

It is a bit of a bummer that some of the bodies (like a lot of the camo ones, or the blue female body) have been absent for so long.

As for your questions.

1. ABSOLUTELY I DO! I am updating the figures all the time, some get overhauls like Crossfire/Blaze (I have changed his head, lower arms), or sometimes I switch out a single piece when MGR has what I need finally (like the mouthpiece in gray for my ver. 1 of Law/Long Arm) & actually I took NEW pics of a lot of them and had planned to update the thread, but had accidentally deleted the pics shortly after. With that said, I will do it again in the near future as there is at least like 20+ figs that have been updated in some small way (say like Black Major/Major Mayhem, who I changed his head/hat after seeing what @Mr Hebime had did!)...
When I have a slow time here & will make a post about it as well as update the original posts with a "2021 update!" & I will still leave the old pics up as well so you can see the updates done.

2. As far as assemble shots, that would be quite an undertaking, as I have a ton of figures now & also I don't think any season is actually complete yet! lol I am willing to take shots of my shelves with all of the characters on them though, they are mostly in "creation" order not season order, as I kind of work the lore as I recreate the characters! I do plan on doing completed "Team" shots though, as you can see I did "Squad 87Z" & recently did one for "Hawk's/War Hawk's OG Squad." I plan on doing the same for "Phantom Force" (almost complete), "Fury Force," "Air Devils," "Outlaws," etc. & am starting another specialty team in my very next drop! So you will be seeing some group shots as time goes on! Fun fact is I like my squads to have even numbers lol. Great ideas and I truly appreciate your thoughts & feedback!

***Incidentally, which figures did you want to recreate? As I would love to know =)

First let me just say, I make a ton of stuff not because they're my favorite characters per se, but because either there's a gap for the character, I'm dissatisfied with the ME version or just because I see an excellent execution and want to recreate it.

Dee-Jay. No offense, I thought the original was dumb (painted him Silver and gave him Salvo's head / helmet to make Robocop. My first custom before I knew what a custom was). I already ordered parts for a Crazy Legs - those were available. He was was one I had as a kid and loved. Love the use of the tan/brown webgear to recreate the colors/idea of the parachute harness!

I could go on, but that gives you a general idea.

Another great round of awesomeness!! I agree with those who mentioned the Russian Sniper being among the coolest if not the best 2020 "Geared-Up" figure.

Man, flying Scorpion is out of this world! I really dig the jet pack and the German belt in the middle of his chest, that's just so creative. Well done man!

I'm totally with you, most MTF builds are just too good to tamper with

I look forward to seeing what you have coming next!

^ Oh Flint buddy... a special "themed" collection for the 200th countdown! Started last summer with the 1st one & held it back as more ideas came together for a complimenting character roster (& other reasons I will explain upon the release lol)... I just had some closing elements to do & decided to save them all for the 200th milestone as I wanted to release them all together as a batch! =)

*And yes their are some favorite characters within the 5. XD
