#46 CODE NAME: VILLAINESS (based on the movie "The Villainess" lead character "Sook-hee")

If you have never seen the movie "The Villainess" ...do yourself a favor & check it out, one of my all time favorite action movies and a great watch with an absolutely killer opening. I decided to tribute the lead character using some of the newest Marauder parts & equipped her with similar weapons (like the axe) that she uses in the film! This one was a long time coming over several hiccups, but once I got her together I was really pleased to add her to the roster!

The woman none as the "Villainess" was abducted at a young age and trained in several facilities to eliminate enemy targets within the underworld. She has posed from everything from a Lolita to a bride to take out her targets... crime bosses, drug lords, thugs, other agents, using her expert marksmanship, melee weapon skills, & martial arts! Recently she has found herself hired by the GUNRUNNERS now that there has been more of their activities in Asia... her mission - to eliminate other competitive groups in the black market gun trade, ensuring the GUNRUNNERS get on top of the Asian syndicates in the business of contraband weapons!

#47 CODE NAME: DUTCH (based on the concept version & figure release of ARAH '00 "Duke" )
Marauder Task Force
Origin: USA

I usually like to keep my MTF Universe free of the headlining characters that we have got multiple times in the Modern Era GI Joe line, but as mentioned earlier in this thread, I have an affinity for the TRU 2000 ARAH releases. Duke's start was a bit problematic to put together with some of the changes made on the newer MTF stuff meshing with the old, but I love how he turned out after it was all said & done. Inspired mostly by the 2000 concept version's colors with a few touches from the actual figure release - this version of Duke to me comes off as very tough and no-nonsense, & stands out on my MTF shelves because of it! I also got him an alternate head so he could be both toy accurate to the 2000 release with the dark hair as well as the more classic Duke most of us think of with the lighter hair!

DUTCH was the former field commander of America's elite special missions force. A model soldier he was brought out of retirement by ATHENA to head up the new division of the MTF starting in a secret location in Japan after the GUNRUNNERS presence increased in parts of Asia. DUTCH is a master of several languages, an expert in special forces, and a born leader, both respected & trusted worldwide for his impressive list of heroics. It doesn't get any better than this poster boy for the secret military, and it doesn't get any more real than when he hits the battlefield, as he has taken on so many missions that he is his own reference guide when it comes to what to do next. The odds just got better that the GUNRUNNERS will be rethinking their strategy for the Asian weapons trade with DUTCH back in action!

#48 CODE NAME: ATHENA (based on a comic cover version of "Scarlett" )

Those who have known me for as long as I have been on this board know that one of my top Joes is Scarlett! I collect as many versions of her as I can, as I consider her one of the most important and prolific Joes! I have wanted to add her to my MTF Universe since the beginning, but was still looking for the right version to build, as well as the right parts to be added to the MTF catalog! After seeing this comic cover version of Scarlett with the "red arms," heavily inspired by her Resolute (& original ARAH) design, I knew this was the Scarlett I wanted to recreate with Marauder's new additions that could give me just the right Scarlett I was looking for!

ATHENA is one of the highest ranked officers in the MTF, coming off a long tenure with America's elite special missions force. In command of the MTF counter intelligence division, she has also been in charge of a vast majority of the selection process of the members that have been chosen to form the new MARAUDER TASK FORCE team (& their re-code names.) Friendly on the outside but deadly on the inside, ATHENA is an expert in martial arts, interrogation, and countering foreign intelligence services, international terrorist organizations, and insider threats. She is never surprised and always cool, surprising even some of the most battle hardened vets on the team when things go south. Usually operating behind the scenes she is equally as powerful when hitting the front lines, with a mastery of both firearms & melee weapons, & has also been used on some of the most secret MTF missions as a qualified sniper!

*Marauders made a John Wick figure...all I had to do was fit him in my MTF Universe!

SCORN has been hired by the Gunrunners to travel throughout Asia and take out the competition in the underworld's black market weapons trade. Provided with a high profile list of wanted men, leaders, and big arms dealers, SCORN is in an unspoken competition with the VILLAINESS to see how many crime lords can be dealt with quickly. After he completes this mission, the Gunrunners will be looking to continue their partnership with SCORN to target the top brass of the Marauder Task Force - starting with the head honchos at the new Japan branch. Some call him the boogeyman, some call him the man who can't be killed, all of them fear his name & reputation.
