362. CRACKERJACK (based on G.I. Joe Argentina : Topson)
Strong Arm
Origin: Argentina
Season 4

Topson has been planned even before the long awaited MGR 2020 Heads were revealed, but I planned on using one of those for his mug... and just like a few others, he got taken out of hold status when I thought this Boss Fight head would do the trick! Even gives him an aged look... I felt like I was getting back to my MTF Universe basics building this one, more like my pre-2020 works.

Many years ago, CRACKERJACK was a mysterious hacker, underground radio host, & inventor who caught the attention of STRONG ARM who "convinced" him working for the military was better than going to jail. On STRONG ARM'S latest mission, old tech needs to be used as not be found out by any of the opposing forces surrounding the secret base found in Moldova. CRACKERJACK is up for the communication challenge for his team as well as all the conspiracy theories he's concocted about the alien secrets that supposedly lie within!

363/V6. TRACKER (based on Action Force - Z Force Sapper : Tracker)

*MTF Geared-Up Figure"+

I love when an MTF Geared Up figure can surprise me with some inhouse creativity... & their "SAPPER" 2 in 1 VERSION" did just that. A figure I would never have probably thought to recreate myself... & their stock build was off to a terrific start with multiple options & parts that full figures would have to be bought just to recreate - presented here at a very reasonable price. Some extra fun was cutting the bullets & ammo mounts to fit/flat like their photos. I went with the "vintage style green" for my presentation (of course), but changed out the pants/legs & shoes with other MTF parts, so he would have more accuracy to the OG.

The MTF has gone into full action against CRIMSON MOON in a worldwide strike! They called in their Euro affiliates, (known as the A.F.) to investigate the CRIMSON MOON secret labs believed to be hidden in a snowy castle located in Bavaria, Germany. TRACKER is an expert sniper tasked with the shots that need to be taken... no regrets. He & a small team of experts hope to expose & end the experiments & tech that is being developed there at the castle. Intel has revealed that the horror that lies within could cause a horrible "red shadow" over the free world!

364/V7. SLICKS (based on Super7 G.I. Joe Reaction Female Soldier/Combat Engineer)

Parts bin build! I originally bought this body for my "Sparta" build awhile back, but after I abandoned that concept to make Sparta all out of Boss Fight parts (to differentiate her from my forever-in-limbo-unreleased-2020-Cover Girl build), I was left with this unused body. It sat in the bin until inspiration struck with Super7's wicked obscure Combat Engineer Reaction figure. ;-) Her noggin is a ebay custom.

SLICKS is the lead combat engineer for getting the troops across the hostile environments in the current Vietnam mission to engage the enemy. She grew up as the mechanic's daughter in her father's shop, & then did odd "fixing jobs" until she landed in the military. She impressed then Joe team member TOLL BOOTH enough to have him put in a good word, & has been called in to support some of the Joe's most aggressive missions as their field navigator ever since. On her down days, when she's not greasing the wheels at the new Joe armory, she's working in the field kitchen making some hearty meals for the troops.

I've done a few Snake Eyes in this thread now, & have had 5 versions of the iconic character on my build radar. This take being one of the most obscure, but I chose the "Version 13" as I really like the color combo & mild departure from the usual palette. Long in the planning stages, this SE was held up for quite sometime, as I needed to get a hold of that custom visor to complete the correct look, & the mighty AVAC'S has been closed for a bit so...
*Thankfully Coby's the best (& a bud) & helped me complete my figure. ;-)

The "Shinobi Squad" is a team of 8 that boasts some of the most impressive martial artists ever assembled by the military & offers an unprecedented chance for them to infiltrate the rogue factions of ninja, yakuza, & upstarts vying for control at Japan's most vulnerable hour. Some say DEAD EYE is the best of the team, but the truth is he's the best FOR the team. Always willing to make the sacrifices & never letting ego get in the way of the mission. DEAD EYE chose to match his sword brother, YUREI KAGE, in gray fatigues to show the neutral unification of former rivals, now ...reborn as the Arashikage Clan's best sons of the modern era!

Great fucking batch! Love Red Jackal and that Snake Eyes makes me want to do my own version. Great iterations all around. I'm fighting the urge to rebuild my Action Force team with MTF, but this is making it hard

Great batch of figures. Particularly like your take on Red Jackal. I think you captured the vehicle driver vibe and can see him being different to Destro's character.

Thanks shishi! Red Jackal seems to be the hit of this batch so I am glad I kept refining hm. That Vehicle Driver vibe to separate him from Destro was exactly what I was going for!
