Rin turned out great my friend. Love BoomTown and Chef too. Genius idea using the boss fight boxing head gear. Great work!

These are awesome! That Viper, B.A.T., and Downtown are really nice.

I am a long time enthusiast to be sure. These are great. Since DNL won’t do a Cowpoke maybe you can?

LOL oh, never thought of doing your beloved childhood figure, but maybe I could suggest a MGR build strategy for you bud... Let's see... I would say use the brown trooper upper body with cloth arms, the brown contract-ops legs/feet, the yellow tact vest, maybe tan MTF gloved hands, a black MTF waist piece, 2 colt 45 MTF revolvers with DNL Boot hill loot 2A black hat & 1A red scarf, the "Most Wanted" 5-pack tan skin mustache head, & plug the MTF ports with the MTF accessories you feel are best. That's a pretty good start for you as to how I would build one. ;-) Last edited by Steel Brigade; 11-13-2021 at 09:14 PM.. |

SB, it takes skill, innovation and a high degree of imagination to maintain the element of surprise after five years since creating this thread. You're quite resourceful that's for sure!
I really like how you've tweaked/personalized solid MGR geared-up" offerings to make them even more appealing IMO. Always thought the Combat Ninja alternate head would blend nicely with futuristic warfare builds or B.A.T.S customs in this case. Then you walked off stage with a mic drop after posting RIN, Cleaver & Boomtown three unbelievably flawless executions of such interesting characters. As usual, I very much enjoyed the bios accompanying each and every single post/custom as that also adds to the uniqueness of it all. Look forward to seeing more Mutant Girl Squad members! |

That Viper is perfect, I keep meaning to make my own faceplate to call mine complete but have left him just geared up for now since they just did such an awesome job on him. Love how you finished him with the casted head, looks great.
Another excellent idea using the more cyber looking head on their BAT build. Another thing I may need to borrow from your builds because that gives him more of that 2000?s era BAT look that I don?t have reflected in my modern collection yet. Rin is super cool, fun to see you starting to branch into some BF parts. Haha, I remember when I finally made that leap, opens up a ton of possibilities! And gets expensive. Haha. But totally worth it because they make some great stuff. Love the black claw / helmet combo on the white body. Lmfao! We crossover so much, I?m gonna be making Cleaver a partner in the kitchen at some point. Been kicking around an idea once I got those same Boss Fight parts so will be fun to see them side by side once I make mine. Just a perfect recreation of him with the parts you chose, at some point I?ll probably have to add Chef to my to-do list now that you showed me how awesome he can look with Marauder parts. That helmet idea was brilliant for Downtown! I?ve had a Downtown made but unfinished using the vintage helmet and while it fits perfectly on the original Marauder head, absolutely loving the BF boxing helmet look. Pretty sure that?s the set I didn?t get when I ordered a few blind boxes so cool to see you lucked out and put it to great use. The WW2 belt around the torso is BRILLIANT! Haha, all caps.....BRILLIANT! It gives the original Marauder strap look such a new feel, definitely another SB idea I?ll be using in a future custom....or to improve one that I?ve already done. As always, fantastic group, pictures, write ups and new ideas!
