Just got into customizing. The one REALLY dumb thing I've done is to use one of the little mixing holes in a set to get a colour I want, and then forget to clean out the rest from the hole, leaving a cake of paint.
Pain in the rear to clean out. |

whatever you do, do not use the bottom leftovers in the can, unless you want some kind of effect. I tried it once, it gives a camo look plus the colour kinda fads automatically. compressed air pushing onto the paint.

Yeah, that happens to me quite a lot.
By the way, do you guys have a way to get paint off fingers easily? it takes me days to remove them, I even use soap. Edit: Hoy, sandata, you from the Philippines too? |

tama kapatid. I'm originally from QC (quezon city) then I moved to the other QC. province du quebec, montreal to be exact.
Nice day to paint a cobra vehicle yesterday. I did run out of navy blue yesterday morning. I drove back to canadian tire, with paint on my fingers still. lol i didn't mind though but it is annoying that to run out of paint. I'm already way over budget for customs. glad my wife can still humour me. lemme ask you tankers how often do you do customs? |

My mom worked in Quezon City. My dad would take me to SM on the way when we pick her up to buy toys. |

Well I hate when you go to clean your brush off and realize that you've dipped it in your drink instead of the water pot.

I never clean my brushes.
I soak them in heavy thinner and wipe off any paint left over on them before I start painting. |

I'll make sure my kids are trilingual. a lot of our country men tend to forget to teach or keep our language. We strictly speak only tagalog at home. like my sig says, proud and honoured to be one. if you decide to go back to manila. pass by greenhills, its like a gold mine for toys. |

I hate it when you go to use a rattle can and the paint comes out in spurts and sputters.
I also once took a drink of water that I had set aside for my epoxie putty. I had it sitting right next to my actual drink and was trying to concentrate on what I was doing and just looked out the corner of my eye. Thank goodness epoxie putty is non-toxic (the kind I use anyway). When I realized what I had done, my eyes just about jumped out of my skull. |
