lots and lots of baby oil and cooking greace should have them real shiny lol
But serious if u want shiny paint jobs u should make shure the paint is gloss not flat it makes a big diffrence Sumtimes Flat works kool but gloss is the best for a shinier look or u can do certain parts gloss and sum flat
