Yes, I spent part of my day making a skirt for a toy!
This one nearly drove me crazy. I had a few times were I thought I had screwed it up beyond my ability to recover, but I think it worked out alright in the end. I hadn't planned to give her high heels, but any other foot just made her waaaay to short (she's a little short as is). For now I am leaving the ID badge on--at some point soon I may try to change what's on it or just remove it entirely. I kind of like it for someone in a support role. The skirt's just a little too tight, but I'll live with it. Parts: - head: from Alyosha - mic thingy: part of a paper clip - upper torso/arms: ROC Cover Girl - belt: from v2 Hawk, trimmed down - skirt: from Obi Wan Kenobi figure - upper legs: Scarlett - lower legs: blue Baroness (using green stuff to fill in grooves and sanded down to remove cankles) - feet: Scarlett

The A's were Henderson's first and favorite team, so much so that he returned three times and wanted to return a fourth so he could retire in green and gold.

I've seen several attempts at this so far, and yours is hands down the best. how well do the joints hold the flesh paint?

I tend not to move my figures around too much, but the joints hold up fairly well for getting them in basic poses. Some light sanding helps, and I like to add a layer or two of clear coat for added protection.

Nice work... although she kinda looks a little "frumpy" with the knee length skirt and sensible shoes.
I like all the work on the legs though... excellent paint app. |
