The figures are a pretty tight fit...I had to remove some of the extra plastic in the cockpit interior... prior to painting them... but once finished they fit ok... I can even fit the 25th Anniv. Ace in them.

These are from American Plastic Toys Inc. They had some cool knockoff jets in the 90's my father bought my brother and I a couple of really awsome 1:18 Stealth replicas back in the day. Out of Curiosity I called up the company and had them send me a catalog... It had these 1:18 F-35 JSF's in it so I ordered like 3 dozen of them, been customing and selling them ever since...as far as I know they were only sold for like one summer season at like K-mart, and Meijer stores... Last summer they had some F-15's for sale with removable missiles...pretty sweet for customizing. |

If you do a search for that company, it looks like they have moved on and are doing more small child beach toys.
