One very nice piece of custom workmanship! I am with everyone who would like to see more of the interior shots, which is what I was kinda waiting for before posting anything here. That being said, hopefully you will be encouraged knowing that some of the guys here are still hoping to see more of your handywork...

Looking at the pictures, the walls look to be made from 2x4s. I measured the distance of the hull pieces from the bottom to the deck of the original toy to be 4 3/4 inches (roughly). The deck is 1/4 in thick to bring the total to 5 in from bottom to top of the deck. I know my Lowes has a 2x4 and a 2x6 boards, my question is which would be better to replicate this project?

What a great idea. Just getting this beast off the floor and making it mobile is excellent but increasing the hull height makes it look so much better (and functional i'm guessing)

OK, so I have an idea, what instead of wood, one can make the walls out of foam board frames. I am going to try this tonight and see if it will hold the FLAGG weight.
