Hello People,
To make this I pretty much just added a turret from an Armadillo mini tank to a Mobat tank and behold, the Lancehead Tank was created... well I also had to do a bit of sanding and painting; and adding stickers isn't a walk in the park either. The top turret can move independently through 360 degrees and the main battle cannon can still elevate. The motor function still works but it's a bit trickier to control. I would have preferred to have used the guns from the Armoured Panther that have the more detailed barrels but I couldn't get any unfortunately. On a side note, I don't know if this would work in the real world with the cannon and the anti-aircraft type guns together on the one vehicle but then again I doubt a certain glass fronted tank would work very well either... I forget the name.. Last edited by Livewire; 09-22-2013 at 04:55 PM.. |

I'm digging it but how did you put the turret from the armordillo into the Mobat body?

Whether or not it would work in real life, it still looks cool.
Only critique is that 'lancehead' doesn't really roll off the tounge.

I agree that looks pretty cool and was a clever combination. Nice paint job as well.
Nice work!

Very cool. I really like the whole paint scheme and the merging of the two vehicles. I should try something like this with all the shells I have. Great Job bro.
