I had never seen anything before quite like it man!
I mean yeah Vulcan Raven fight in the tank was fun, then the Ocelot fight was good, but Psycho Mantis was truly scary, his appearances before that point in the game where you face him were a good build up and when you actually fight him I just could not figure him out the first few times. The story and the whole interaction with him was truly visionary and left a long lasting impression on a then 17 year old kid who was glued to that game for many many nights. I mean he moved the controller, he knew I played Castlevania, he switched the channel mid fight! I know people throw around the word epic for everything but If I had to truly call a video game moment "Epic" this would be it. Last edited by phantro; 12-11-2015 at 01:07 AM.. |

This game was the first game I ever had an emotional attachment to. I actually felt bad for all the villains, especially Sniper Wolf.
