I've seen some of you guys talk about it. One tanker actually did it, with the Hummer converted into a Vamp which was sick! Any tips? Tools? Specifics? I have a bunch of cheap Maisto cars that I picked up at a discount store that I'd love to modify for Joes. Any help is appreciated.

Ah. fitment for figure. Car is 1:18. Figure looks like it fits. But Scarlett bangs her head against the roof and pretty much breaks her ankles. Neither Snake eyes or Duke can get in, so no one's going anywhere! I remember someone talking about 'lowering the seat' or something to that effect or removing the back seat?

hmmm....
I forget what brand my mustang is but this is what I did. 1. I completely unscrewed the bottom panel off. then took out the compartment with the seating. 2. I took that dremelled out the floor area where the figure's feet are. 3. I dremelled out the firewall to add depth. 4. I took the seats off, dremelled the floor under them. Cut the bottom cushion off, leaving only the back. 5. fitted it all together to see how much more room I needed for the figure, then I glued the seat backs back in. |

Here's the only car I've tried to make a Joe fit into. I think it's a Foose car (I forget now)
I took the roof off and cut out the firewall (Leaving a little bit of it that the steering wheel was attached to) It works pretty well but for the most part, I've realised that none of these 1:18 realistic cars work perfectly with Joes |

Just wanted to let the Tank know that I saw these for $12.99 at Costco. They need tweaking (especially the sport cars), but I think GI Guppy has some good instructions. I wanted to find an Aston Martin, but a '68 Mustang will work. I think they have been there for a little while so act soon.
