this project at first seems like a really simple repaint and minor part swap but it really involved a whole series of complications.
the figure was actually coming from my parts bins while actually being mostly two figures Gung-ho and Firefly v2 however I had gotten the gung-ho torso in trade from another customizer who was more into cutting grinding through joints than cracking casings... I had to first find the arm to match... yes have another that had the opposite arm amputated as well. I fashioned a rod using one of the many many missiles I have and burnished it flush using a soldering iron. the helmet had been hacked on to remove the leaves, I decided to carve the netting into it to try to salvage it. the barrel tip had been broken off the grandslam launcher, I took the screws out and removed the rest of the sliding mechanism, added the zip line bar and scope. the head had been on a bag with another figure that had been spraypainted and most edged had caked black bits on them. in this I did finally kill off one of my abadon black citadel paints and had to open a new one... the yellow base by citadel is fantastic to work with. so here he is, Backblast, he hates airplanes |

I really like how you used the zip line as the handle.
