No, this has nothing to do with *the* BBC. I can't call this a Lazy Bastard Custom, because laziness wasn't a part of it, but I am a busy bastard. Out of necessity, any custom I attempt has to be quick and dirty. I have other things I need to, and would rather, concentrate on, which means I don't have the time to develop the skills for paint--and I hate painted joints anyway--or drastic mods. I'm a bit of a perfectionist by nature, so I've had to learn to stop when it's "good enough." I have to remind myself, this ain't art. So, anyway...
I wanted a modern-ish Spirit that wasn't a caricature or laden down with clichés. Basically, I wanted a Spirit that split the difference between hokey and realistic. I see him as a modern day Indian "Brave", with one foot in the past and one in the present. A guy equal parts shaman and warrior. You'll notice the waist/ass and face colors could be better matches, but the flash is really bringing that out. In hand, it isn't terribly noticeable and is good enough for my purposes. Once again, this ain't art. I'm not overly ecstatic about the head either, but it's better than any other option I've come across. Speaking of the head, I hadn't realized how much it resembles Tom Cruise until I put the hair on. Weird. Also, sorry for the crap cell phone pics. Thanks, gents. I'm hoping one of the mad customizers around here will try this themselves and do the formula justice with some expert paint work.

I am a little mad, but usually it goes away. So what did you do for that head? Is that Ultimate Falcon with Baroness hair or some similar thing?

This is sweet! I think I have the parts to make one. I may have to do this one and throw some paint at it. Great work and use of parts!!!

Thanks, I just wish I had the time to devote to it. It is a good selection of parts to use...that's the main reason I posted it, to get the idea out there.

Very cool!
So, Native Americans don't look like this? Also, if you're going to take Spirit towards realism, please get rid of that riffle that shoots arrows for some reason...
