It's the blend of a two worlds for me...used to build, paint and customize Tamiya WW2 models as a kid, which led to collecting ARAH Joes. Today, I have reconnected with two of my favorite past times. It's funny how I'm using the same modeling tools - sand paper, Testor and acrylic paints, and cement glue to now customize my favorite collectibles.
A lot of these 3rd party military brands have so much potential and often lack the paint apps or right detailing. Just use your imagination and you can recreate and re-imagine your favorite Joe vehicles.

I don't understand why Hasbro can't make something like this. They really need to take note, why not at least reissue the Bridgelayer and Killer Whale. Nice work by the way.

Absolutely love it...would do it myself except that I just restored a toss n cross a few months ago. Not sure how this would fit in the collection now.
