This is my Rebel Angel fan fiction collection of customs. Each one has a story per link below.
http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...lance858a.html My Joeverse Summary - 200-300 years in the future, Cobra, a ancient secret society whose list of historic leaders/Cobra Commanders include Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar, Ghengis Khan, and Hitler, finally succeed in taking over the world through the massive use of nukes. Survivors of that nuclear holocaust find themselves cast into a future dark age under fuedal law with Cobra dominating every aspect of their lives. It's a high tech cyber punk industrial wasteland world. For those who choose not to live as a subject of Cobra, their only choice is to escape into the Badlands, vast areas of nearly uninhabitable wasteland, where they live as outlaws, bandits, pirates, and or freedom fighters. Create your own band of outlaws/freedom fighters/mercenaries/pirates or your own Cobra strike force for this world! You can even have your own Sector, name it Sector WHATEVER YOU WANT, or you can be a Cobra Noble with your own land to rule. Rule it however you want. Create fantastic background stories and post away! Choose your side and let the creative juices flow! More Pics here: https://picasaweb.google.com/1041224...ThunderMachine .

Part 123: The Thunder Chief
It was the Great Cobra Commander’s gift to the Lord Sebastian Bludd (Major Bludd) for his many years of loyal service to him. Major Bludd was an avid collector of all things from the twentieth century. He was particularly fond of classic American muscle cars. He had built quite an impressive collection which he housed within his estate in the city of Prometheus (a refining colony near the Badlands of Sector 858A). So when Cobra Commander presented to him a rebuilt, fully functioning 1969 Plymouth Barracuda, the Lord Bludd’s eyes swelled with tears of joy. Of course not all parts were original. The engine had to be modified to be able to handle today’s modern fuel cells which actually more than tripled the 383 V8’s power output. Major Bludd had resented his assignment as the Governor of Sector 858A which was the least desirable sector within Cobra controlled territory. Sector 858A was a vast stretch of nearly uninhabitable waste land referred to as the Badlands. It was crawling with outlaws and bandits. The pollution pouring from the factories and refineries of Prometheus blocked out the sun. The soil turned gray from the pollutants. But there was a very important reason for his assignment to Sector 858A. The Great Cobra Commander had assigned him the governorship of the area because Prometheus had a dark secret that needed to be guarded at all cost. Cobra Commander needed someone he could trust, and the Lord Bludd was the perfect candidate. So when the Barracuda was unveiled, Lord Bludd’s resentment for his new assignment was quickly overshadowed by his pride and joy for his latest priceless work of art from the twentieth century. It immediately became the crown jewel of his collection. He carelessly paraded it through the city in front of the impoverished peasants of Prometheus. So it was with no surprise that one day when he came down to his garage that he discovered the car was missing. Someone had stolen his pride and joy. Infuriated, he decreed that there be a monumental reward offered for the return of the car and the head of the thief who had stolen it. The reward posters scattered all over Prometheus read: To the incredibly moronic thief who stole the Lord Sebastian Bludd’s 1969 Barracuda, you are currently enjoying your last moments on Earth. One week later, Zarana appeared at his estate with the car to collect the reward money. Major Bludd was ecstatic. He rushed to greet her and repossess his car. The Lord Bludd asked, “Who stole it, where is his head?” Zarana replied, “He is unrecognizable because his head is in a million pieces. I shot his head off from 1,000 yards away as he was driving into the Badlands.” The Lord Bludd was very impressed and exclaimed, “You must be a terrifying marksman, but how did you manage to shoot his head off and not cause any damage to the interior. It looks completely untouched. There isn’t even a trace of blood in there. I’m very impressed.” Zarana paused for a moment and said, “Well, I didn’t want to drive while sitting in a pool of blood. So I cleaned it. I thought you would appreciate the extra service.” Major Bludd was delighted that his pride and joy had been returned to him without damage. He gladly fulfilled his end of the bargain. Zarana was paid the reward money in full. She left his estate without incident. The next day, Lord Bludd rushed down to his garage to gaze once again upon his pride and joy. He was horrified at what he saw. There was nothing but an empty space where the car was kept. Two guards were on the ground, tied up and gagged. One guard had a note pinned to his forehead. The note read: You really need to improve your security. It was signed with nothing more than an impression of a woman’s kissing lips. Zarana had stolen his car, probably for the second time. The priceless Barracuda was now Zarana’s pride and joy. She loved how the engine roared. She pushed the petal once and the floor shook. She liked how the seat vibrated. The only problem was it lacked power steering. Parking that thing was like trying to dock a giant battle cruiser. But she loved it nonetheless. She named it the Thunder Chief because of the sound of the engine. Her biggest regret was taking it home to show it off to the dogs of war who referred to themselves as the Dreadnoks who later defiled the priceless work of art with their own brand of modifications. But while she had it, she often drove it to one of her favorite spots in the Badlands. It was a cliff side where she had spent precious time with her beloved, a soldier codenamed Mainframe. They had run away together years ago. They had hoped to live their lives happily ever after. But during their escape, Mainframe was shot and died in her arms. She often drove back to this spot to think of him and how their lives would be if he wasn’t killed that fateful day. It seemed the Cobra La Gods hadn’t written happiness into her destiny. Sometimes, while she enjoyed her solitude watching the sunset from this spot just as she and Mainframe had done countless times, she could almost hear his voice. And she manages a quiet smile when she thinks of him followed by gentle tears of sadness. The first time she stole it, she noticed something strange on the passenger seat. It was a circular reflective disk that had the words 1985's Greatest Hits. She then noticed something in the dash board of the car that seemed as if it was made to store these disks. So she carefully slid the disk into the device. Suddenly, music came on within the car. She had never heard anything like this. She was pleasantly surprised. This was the song that came on while she cruised away in her newly stolen prize. .

No idea who made this model, I bought it used on ebay for $10 bucks. It's 1/18 scale but joes don't quite fit. The floor had to be dremelled out for extra leg room and the seat was lowered by cutting away half of the bottom and then re-attached as far back as it could be. After those modifications, Zarana barely fits. Great idea, added to the story.
