Tepes is one of Mindbender's many experiments. Serpentor may be the most famous of them, but by no means is he the only one...or most fierce. Tepes was born from the DNA of Vlad "The Impaler" Tepes and the other historical despots of Eastern Europe. Tepes after creation proved to be far to difficult to control and be inserted into the Cobra Hierarchy. This caused Mindbender to cut his losses and install Tepes as the commander of Cobra's Easter European divisions. This was not only to command troops, but also to be Cobra's eyes on Darklon and his machinations. Tepes commands his forces with fear, and has been known to make public displays of insubordinates.
Recipe Head: SWG cast Body: CA:WS Red Skull Accessories Staff: POC CObra Commander Sword, harness, and Scabbard: DG Cobra Commander

That cast bead is definitely Sirius Black's head sculpt from Harry Potter. But it works

It is. I got it in a grab bag from StarWarsGeek. I felt it looked menacing and eastern euro enough to work. Not to mention he already played the character.

Oh nice. I knew it. Cool custom again. I have that body-sculpt in the works for a dashing custom as well.

Really sweet figure and background. It does resemble Gary Oldman. It would be a challenge to recreate the monster Vlad "The Impailer" inspired in Bram Stoker's "Dracula".

That is really awesome! I dig this and now I want to watch Bram Stoker's Dracula again.
