wow. these are great LBC. plus the background profile is superb. i might ask for some opinion from you as well regarding my swat team. So, are they part of your joeverse or a separate entity?

Yeah, I would definitely consider them part of my Joeverse. A sort of subteam, like NF, Tiger Force. I'm actually slowly kitbashing some of the DEF members, like Bulletproof and Shockwave, to be a part of this team. Basically they're law enforcement specialists and handle mostly hostage rescue and criminal interdiction.

Yeah, these guys could DEFinitely be a subteam for the Joe's. Keep posting more of these customs, they're looking really nice.

These are great! They all look awesome, but Flashbang is my favorite. That is one cool looking figure!

Really cool. I definitely like SRT type figures. Funny, 15 years ago, SWAT teams and say Marine infantry or Rangers looked very little alike, but the services have finally accepted that most combat will be in cities, not a rehash of Vietnam, patrolling through the thick jungle. Now, you see the heavier body armor, knee and elbow pads, drop leg holsters, and such.
Also, while I have never done a self custom, I certainly am inspired by people I have served with when making original characters. |

Well, first off, I work in a fairly small town, so I wouldn't put my experience in the same stratosphere with the FBI, NYPD, LAPD, or even moderately big cities. In terms of how I view this team in the fictional Joeverse, like I said, I see them sort of like Rainbow 6 in Tom Clancy's novels. Those guys were pulled from units, both military and law enforcement, and in that regard, I think a member (or a few) of the FBI's HRT would be a definite benefit to any team.
