Very nice. The Nanny character, the photo, that girl looks like she is 11. Also, her gear, the coat and the suspenders look like WWII left overs, but pouches all look like brand new from Blackhawk or 511.
Very nice, love the translations. |

Fantastic customs. Your part choices are great and your painting skills are top-notch. That Horror Show head looks professionally done! Great work.

Yeah, I think that photo is a girl in a WWII reenactment, so the gear is supposed to be that. It just served as inspiration for the figure. I actually really ended up liking how that figure turned out.

Really nice reinterpretations/modern versions of the OG, some of my favorite Joe characters ever. Sometimes if I can't acquire a Club/Con figure I just wind up making my own, too. Good part choices here.
Also, is the OG Con set now going for $700? Damn. I thought I was breaking the bank a few years ago by spending $450 on a boxed set right after they sold out in the Club's store. I hope somebody (the Club or Hasbro) is paying attention and gives us more OG stuff. I'm dreaming of the HIND and 6-wheeled jeep. |

I can't even find a full set on Ebay these days, and the last time I remember seeing one for sale anywhere, they were asking in the $700. I can't remember if that included the IG figs or not.

I wanted the Oktober Guard but it's too expensive. I ended up deciding I will avoid everything to do with the Oktober Guard so I didn't even get the FSS Oktober Guard figures. I don't want to pay the asking price and don't want an incomplete set so I decided to skip it altogether. Like what you did to make yours.

That was exactly how I felt about it. I thought about maybe splurging on Daina and grabbing one or two of the cheaper ones, but finally decided I couldn't pay $40 for a figure I didn't really love, or $100 for one I did.

These are absolutely awesome. Nothing about them says "lazy bastard" to me. Great vision and execution on these.
