1:18 Invader, Main Anti-Grav Assault Tank, MAGAT M2, "Hammerhead"
MAGAT M2's were staged on the outskirts of several major cities where US forces were holding their ground against the initial wave of invader ground and air forces. The city of Atlanta, Ga, was the first city in the southeast to feel the fury of the "Hammerhead" powerful and destructive firepower. Unlike the MAGAT V1, the MAGAT M2 "Hammerhead" -nicknamed by USMI- was a more direct offensive weapon system in the invader arsenal (not dual role like the V1). It was not used in security or counter-militia operations. The designs were different. The M2 utilized an improved engine, heavier armor with redundant plating, improved stabilizers for air drops (It did not use V1 style side attached stabilizer/boosters). Most notable difference was it's primary weapon. Adjustable power levels, beam intensity, pulse plasma cannons, anti-aircraft/personnel cannon, and installed low power disruptor weapon which provided a powerful punch against forces whose armor technology was greater than or equal to their own (disruptor technology was reserved for Invader ships). The hull/turret design allowed for use of various weapon attachments and change-outs. When the ground war slowed, "Hammerheads" were eventually deployed with MAGAT V1 units. They would take over the intense offensive role in southeastern US against heavy US armor units (this strategy used in other nations with more modern militaries). Their role was pivotal in the sieges of major metropolitan areas and military installations in the US, China, and Europe. Video link Weapon Lighting Effect |

So cool! Love how you combined a HISS with the SW vehicle (that slips my mind at the moment).
