The Canadian division of G.I. JOE wanted a vehicle that could be used as a tow and salvage vehicle. I idea was to modify a few Snow Cats. To get the Canadian government to cover the cost of these vehicles they needed to also have a more military use. So land mine detectors were also installed on these vehicles. The treads from the original Snow Cat were kept as they can handle more weight and are great for pulling vehicles through rough terrain in battlefields. Bright orange lights were added to the roof for visibility and dolly wheels for towing were added on the sides. They are light weight and easy to install if needed. The tow hook itself can lift anything from a Vamp to some of the Joes smaller tanks.
I don't have as much time these days for customs. This was one I thought up awhile ago and really wanted to build. I probably could have found some Tonka Tow truck and used that but if you follow my work you know I like using only ARAH parts. Hope you enjoy the Tow Cat.

Nice but the driver still needs a place to stash his small-arms i.e. assault rifle. And he'll definitely need explosives/demolition packs (C4/Semtex) if the vehicle is too badly damage to move. The Joes would have to destroy it onsite to prevent Cobra from getting it's tech, ammo etc.

Bro, your work looks like it comes straight out of a Command And Conquer video game, every vehicle is so creative and functional. I love it.

Love this custom, although the SnowCat is on my engineering worst-offenders list! There should be a lot more support/utility vehicles besides the bridge layer. Maybe I could find a useful purpose for the Triple-T along these lines...

The triple T is actually a remote operated GUV, traitors and enemy operatives are placed in the drivers seat, restrained in a driving position and sent downrange to draw enemy fire.
