What would you suggest for the size?

Find something comparable on a real vehicle, and use it as reference instead.
The M230 on an AH-64, for instance, uses 30mm rounds.

25-30mm is the typical size for a attack chopper nose gun. He's right 160mm is an artillery shell's size. Way too big!

One more instance of a Cobra submarine making an awesome aircraft.

That is an awesome concept! It resembles an AH-6 "Little Bird" but smaller. I guess it would be a mini "Little Bird"; much more agile & faster than a standard AH-6. I can see it causing much damage providing CAS to Alley-Vipers in an urban OPAREA. Flying between skyscrapers strafing Joe forces. Or a few of these are stashed inside the Cobra Consulate building in Manhattan waiting to be deployed via the retractable-internal chopper pad located on the consulate rooftop.

Very cool BUGG chopper. Would love to see this as an "add on" to one of your bigger vehicles.
