Non G.I. Joe Street Fighter Geki v2 by Dravenheart

A couple of months ago, I fixed up a first rendition of Geki, but was quite unhappy with it. So, I wanted to go back and give him a second shot. Now, for those who don't know, Geki goes all the way back to the first Street Fighter game. The first character to wield the claw, before Vega. He's even rumored to be the one that trained Vega, and has managed to make a couple of appearances in the Udon comics.

For the most part, a straight repaint. I smoothed part of the back of the Red Ninja head a bit, then attached the straps from Elektra to it. I then cut the Iron Fist belt, glued it to the body, then sculpted more around to close it off. After that, I just finished repainting him and gave him a claw.

Recipe:

Body - 25th Anniversary Storm Shadow
Upper Arms - 25th Anniversary Tomax
Head - Retaliation Red Ninja
Straps - MU Elektra
Belt - MU Two Pack Iron Fist
Claw - not sure

Very cool custom, man! Nice paint work and I really like the head sash effect. In fact, I think that you just inspired me to seek out an MU Elektra for those straps. I'm going to take a crack at a Ninja Gaiden custom soon and those would be perfect. Well done!

Yeah, they're great. I bought a ton of Elektras, so I've been using the straps off the extras for long belts, sculpting over the heads, just trying out all kinds of random ideas. They definitely work great, and help save a little extra money since I can definitely use the bodies for customs.

Definitely planning on it. I think my next planned batch it mostly more SFIV inspired characters, like Akuma and Oni, but I do at least have a Rolento in the works.
