As one of the few people who really enjoyed Amazing Spider-Man 2 and also one of the 3 people who dug the design for Green Goblin - I knocked up this fella.
Not exactly "movie accurate" but certainly "heavily inspired by"

I would suggest changing the phrase - "I knocked up this fella". Other than that, it's a cool custom.

Nice work.
I loved the movie. It's been a good year for superhero movies but ASM2 was the best, better than Cap 2 and X-Men...7? There are only a couple of comic book movies that truly captured comic-book-style storytelling, where a series of intertwining subplots of equal weight drive the narrative forward as opposed to a movie-style major central plot, and ASM2 and Iron Man 2 are the two examples I can think of. Beyond that, this movie had the most compelling romantic chemistry between the leads in any superhero movie since Chris Reeve and Margot Kidder. Believing in those characters is what makes the climax an edge-of-your-seat experience. I thought the villains were effectively creepy and Electro's powers made for some neat special effects. There were lots of well-done action and suspense scenes throughout. Their revised take on Green Goblin was smart to do to avoid repeating Raimi's movies. Aside from the dark stuff, it had lots of incidental one-liners and jokes that made me laugh out loud. |
