to be honest , Tofujesse was not too bad on time about 6 weeks. and as I live in the uk postage can take up to 2 weeks , broken arrow , 9 months and counting. raging spoon is good but doesn't currently have big boa items other than boxing gloves in black.there is a seller on ebay called clintcat he sells individual heads and I did seesome big boa heads in some lots he was selling , might be worth asking him if he can help ?
I'd settle for returning emails. Need to be very careful |

Funny how this is slowly turning into a "Tofujesse owes me..." thread.
Awesome work on the Big Boa. Can you post your entire recipe? |

I think rage may be talking about broken arrow/allyosha but I cant be sure !
anyway , for sbartek 1974 and anyone else interested , here is a slightly more in depth guide /parts list/paints list. firstly , the whole body is one of those cheap cancelled jurasic park figures available from viperskingdom/toysir and many other Chinese sellers on ebay for about £4 , the skin tone is slightly darker and you have to remove the tattoo , but it fits the bill well , if you want a more accurate skin tone you could use a road pig figure from the 7 pack drednok set as they share the exact parts list. the head and web gear as stated before from tofujesse ,they are currently out of stock , but he does restock these quite a lot , they are worth it , the head fitted without any drilling/dremelling,be cautious with the web gear ,I snapped mine twice and had to superglue it back together before paint. all the paints I use are Tamiya acrylic . gloss red ,flat red (as basecoat for the web gear) chrome silver semi gloss black (for the kneepads) flat black (for the boots) dark blue/blue mixed for the trousers (both gloss) white with about 2 drops of yellow for the helmet (both gloss). to get the pattern on the boots , I painted the front of both boots gloss red then touched in the shapes I wanted with the flat black. thank you all again for your messages of support , I'm just starting out with customs , but seeing some of the amazing works you guys do on here has inspired me to carry on and hopefully be a bit bolder with my future works. |

Looks great man! I believe you can get boxing glove casts from either raginspoon.Com or brokenarrowtoys.com.

thanks Derek , I will be getting gloves and as many other accessories that I can for the figure , in the coming months , however I am waiting for tofujesse to restock his big boa figure kit as his gloves are cast in red plastic already and look pretty close to the originals supplied with the FSS figure.i have nothing but praise for raging spoon as I have bought from him before and have just ordered some more bits for an up and coming custom (I'm keeping it a surprise for the moment) , starwarsgeek is also great and very quick on posting , but I'm currently still waiting on an order from last year from broken arrow so I will not be dealing with him again.

He's got the reputation. At least Broken Arrow Toys, I actually get my stuff. Jesse has responded several times saying he'll ship soon and never ships. Now, he just doesn't respond.

It is a really nice custom. I'm trying to see if I can get vintage gloves to put on my FSS Big Boa as I don't want to have to swap hands back and forth.

I just got the casted parts from Jesse in the mail the other day, but I've been torn between using that Jurassic Park figure or Road Pig instead.
I don't want to have to paint the flesh tone so with whichever figure I decided to use I'm going to be stuck with whatever his skin color is. Did you think that the Jurassic Park figure's skin was too dark, or just right? In any case he looks great! You did an awesome job on him!
