I wish I had an airbrush. It's just Krylon flat black.

airbrushes can be cheap. i got an older version of this years ago
Testors » Airbrushes » Airbrushes » A430 Intermediate Double Action Internal Mix Airbrush Set i got it at michaels or something like that for 20 bux. it was just the airbrush and one bottle. i know my local hobby shop has them to but i dont know what he chargers there. i just buy my paint from him. this gun is great. its dual stage so i can control the amount of paint and air at once instead of seperatly. i put an adapture on it to work off my air compressor <which i have a water seperator and filter on, and pressure regulator, thats very important>. i can run any paint i want through it also. some may need thinned but i have never had a problem running testors or tamiya through it. this thing has paid for itself many times over as spray paint cans suck! especially when your low on paint and they spit globs all over your project. airbrushes use less paint, cover better and easier, and you can get artistic with it while you cant with a rattle can. i didnt need a top of the line kit as i mainly just paint vehicles and the occasional figure so i went this route so shop around for a testors airbrush. they are plastic and look cheap but i have had no problems with mine as long as you clean it well and dont drop the brush and bend the pin, if you do they are easy to replace and cheap. |

Awesome as usual. This has inspired me in a couple of ways. First it has pushed me to get started on the flying wing I have been planning and second your discussion about your first attempt has inspired me to do something with my Condor rear that I have. Not that I need any more projects.

Looks great, I've always wondered what the Condor (or at least part of it) looks like in black.
