As I continue to build WW2 themed vehicles I thought it would be fun to take a vintage looking vehicle and give it a bit more modern paint job. This is the 1983 Galoob A-Team Armored car, I cut open the back and added the gun turret from the Desert Fox and a full Awe Striker dash. Then I decided to go with a cool metallic blue and flat black with red Cobra logos.

I love that WW2 look brother.
Simply amazing work on the vehicle. I would love to do a photo shoot of the turret and add some machine gun fire. It really looks cool. |

I like it. It vaguely reminds me of the Persuader.

That would be cool, I'd like to see it on a burnt out city street with crumbling buildings all around.

It does look like it a bit, the shape is simalar. Also the front bumpers look a bit alike.

Excellent work. I just picked up a clapped out A-team armored car to do a simular idea. The A-team armored car is such a great base, because of its White Scout Car vibe.

GI Joe and Cobra always needed more half tracks. Will it be along the lines of the American M3 series or the German half tracks. Also, let me throw this crazy idea out for you; Cobra, or the Drednocks needs a kettenkrad. SdKfz 2 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
