Well, Here they are folks, my first ever GI JOE ARAH customs! Since I am a huge fan of the old TV show Tour Of Duty (a show based on The Vietnam War) I figured I'd create my own figures of the shows characters as a little tribute. The first two characters I turned out are Zeke Anderson and Marcus Taylor. I plan on making 5 more figures to complete the line. For those not familiar with the show here is a wikipedia link to check out..Tour of Duty (TV series) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Zeke (The headband wearing dude) is a fully repainted Footloose upper and lower body with a duke head. The figure also has hand sculpted accents. Marcus Taylor has a Duke upper body with hand sculpted accents and a Hardball head (with a sculpted helmet), and legs from an unknown figure. He is also hand painted. I also made custom cards i'll be posting in the next couple of days, stay tuned...Thanks for looking and, YO JOE! Just added the third figure in my TOD line, The Vietcong Soldier. The VC is built on a Lanard body with Duke Tiger Force arms and features a handsculpted hat, scarf, and custom paints

I think of that show every time I hear "Paint It Black". Nice project you've started here.

Where is Zeke's Colt commando? He didn't carry a shotgun. He had a Car 15. I think Marauder's Gun Runners has one.
