I used a custom sculpt from Avac's Lab to replace the Mortal Kombat Liu Kang sculpt (last picture) which the GI Joe Collectors' Club had reused from their Dr. Venom. The custom sculpt was slightly modified to better fit the neck post.

Yea, I've seen these on ebay. They're like $3.00
While it's a little too big, it's a hell of a lot better than the previous head sculpt. |

On first seeing the sculpt, it seemed a bit large but, then, I wondered to myself who is perfectly proportioned in the real world? I think it makes him more distinct and once I realized that then, I liked the sculpt even more.
