Dr. Mindbender.

An unconventional take on the character I know. This is one of two versions I have planned. Mindbender will play a large role in my ATR verse and all will be explained once I've finished up his Dossier.

This actually works really well for him, I like it! Great use of parts and with minimal painting required!
