To finish up my Avengers Disassembled team (the line-up right before Marvel set about deconstructing their universe) I had to make a few changes to existing MU figures (Black Panther, HawkEye, Scarlett Witch, and Falcon) to get them their proper looks. A couple others required full builds- AntMan (Scott Lang) was a pretty easy Deadpool (mostly) re-paint with a custom head/ The toughest figure by far was the short-term member (she came on-board just a few issues prior to DisAssembled and did not return for any of the following stories) Captain Britain (III) otherwise known as LionHeart. She was built from a standard new MU female buck with Rogue's hands and boot toppers. added some harness sculpt and a shoulder guard. Used greenstuff on a random head and added hair from Ultimate Thor... Hope you enjoy.

Never read DissAssembled but I like what you did here. The face-art is spledid. Cool LionHeart.

Wow, brilliant. I love that character and never expected to see her as a fig. Always felt she got a really raw deal. She did return in New Excalibur, and had reasonable character development, though. Pick them up if you like her!
Really well done! Last edited by LG; 03-20-2014 at 04:02 PM.. |

I love your customs. The 2nd shot with the Captain Britian Corps is sweet. Why no cap movie one? Did you pass on him because of terrible paint apps? Most of the ones I ran across the red and white bleed into each other bad.

This is very cool, I couldn't tell if sculpt was added. The line up looks amazing and all captain Brittain customs seem factory made. You certainly have a signature style to your work, be it the customs themselves or the photography and that makes it instantly recognizable and unique.
Keep rocking |

As a longtime Avengers fan, I give you two thumbs up! Great work, and good commentary on the limited use of the character.
