I have yearned for one of heymilt's customized V.A.M.P.s for years.
If you have somehow had the misfortune to have missed them, look here: http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...h-heymilt.html http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...ic-colors.html Well, it has finally happened. I only wish I could have persuaded the stubborn fellow to accept more trade items in return for my beautifully weathered and outfitted 30th V.A.M.P., which is no longer bland and dull. Behold! And an Exo-Skeleton Spawn skull for a lil' Adventure Team flair: Heymilt, my man, it is even more glorious than I could have dared hope! I love every damn bit of it! Thank you once again! Oh! I nearly forgot... Y'all may or (more likely) may not recall this thread: http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...book-club.html ...wherein I announced my "retirement" from diorama comic books. No one lost much sleep over it, myself included, 'cause I hardly ever produced any comics anyway, on accounta they're a huge pain in the ass, which is why I stopped making them in the first place. Well, retirement be damned! And the front and back covers, if this were a printed comic book, would be as follows: Thanks, everybody, for checking out the photos. And thanks to my wife for accepting my long absence today; these photos took hours to load, sort, caption and share! Update: This here's a direct link to the post on page 3 that's filled to bursting with photos of V.A.M.P. Mark II: http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...ml#post4702579 Here's a sneak peek: Update: As noted on Flickr and Facebook, the V.A.M.P. can tow the Acid Rain Stronghold! I had more fun looking at these than seeing the pics from Toy fair...
Man, that Clutch is badass! And funny as hell! Can't believe how clear & crisp your pics are, this is a real treat. I'm thrilled you love your Vamp, let me know if you ever want the tan one

Thanks for the kind words, folks.

I struggled to capture the details of the interior; I think you did a better job on that score with your V.A.M.P. photos. Quote:
Also, I forgot to mention something... The crate in this photo: It's filled with Les Sucreries Beaurivage. |

Other goodies from heymilt:
Also, I edited one of the V.A.M.P. photos: I think I'll capture a similar shot, but with this guy in the passenger seat to convey some sense of Clutch's driving style: |
