Being a big fan of anything old school and kitch.
Big Jim caught my eye when I was 20. 10 full years ago! My collection of original Big Jim figures and Italian figures grew to be a pretty good size. I even had most of the vehicles. I love my Big Jim collection soo so much. I think Jim would fit right into the GI Joe universe. When I saw the cast of the original headsculpt, I knew I had to make Jim into a Joe sized figure. recipe: head= cast from Hunter artworks torso/arms= DG Shipwreck hands= Mouse legs= ROC CC feet= Wild Bill wrist gauntlet= Destro

That is awesome!! I wanted to make a 3 3/4" Big Jim to fit in with my modern Joes. This is inspiring. Good parts choice.
I had a Big Jim as a hand-me-down toy when I was a kid....it was just BJ in his orange underwear, had no accessories or clothes at all. I remember using him as a "bad guy" with my CHiPs Megos...I guess they were busting him for violating some "no shoes, no shirt, no service" law. |

That is pretty cool. I had a Big Jim, dressed just like that. His boots would leave wolf paw prints... his pistol was silver too. Very fun

Never heard of Big Jim, but that's pretty cool.
Would fit in great with the Adventure Team.

I grew up with this whole line. Had everything. The P.A.C.K. Was the best series. All super hero types, but more like mission impossible. These were continued into the late 70's in Europe as Karl May, I think. Excellent custom. Who cast the head?

sweet! I had the big jim and his p.a.c.k. when I was a kid. would be cool if they could be introduced into the joeverse along with eagle force. my big jim was the one in the blue jumpsuit and had the "face changing" feature. good times, good times. my favorite was torpedo fist.

Very cool! You should make the rest of the Pack; I'd love to see a Whip, Dr. Steel and Warpath (I think that was the Native American guy's name).

Great work on that! Big Jim figures were incredible. They need to bring back the full skin covering over a figures arms like Big Jim had. It's insane that Hot Toys and Sideshow charge so much for figures that don't have a feature that was used 40 years ago.
