Hmm, good use of that DG body. Take it a step further and rub off the Cobra insignia. Maybe some creative part swapping, too. But very nice.

I actually don't mind the Cobra sigil under the vest.
But I would like to see the holster and pouch painted. They blend in with the DG body, so don't notice them being unpainted, but when add the red vest, they pop out as looking like something is missing.

I think he definitely needs the blue broken up some, so even if he's not completely ARAH accurate, he will be more attractive. Even just giving him the Wave 1 DG Trooper's pouches, knee pads and hands would give him some nice variation.

Wish that wave hit around here. I really like Scrap-Iron, but his figure used one of my least favourite 25th moulds.
Looks great though! |

UltimateJaburg53 and I did this a while back with the 30th trooper and emblem rubbed off. The darker blue and black highlights really make it look amazing.
Good call!

It looks great, but I think just swapping in black kneepads would do a lot for him. I kind of want to do this. I think painting the holster and boots red is the kind of customizing even I could do.
