the method i use is a hair dryer to heat and soften the joint then pop the foot , elbow , or hand right off easily.

I use the hot water trick. Boil some water in the microwave and soak them for 30sec or so. place your fingers firmly on the ankle joint where the pins would meet if it had a pin. wiggle from left to right to loosen it up and then pull straight down.

the thing you should be careful of is the feet have different connections like the hands. you might do a lot of work to switch them out and then find that the feet are way too loose. It happened with my night force shockwave.
A method I started trying it to heat it up and carefully cut one side of the pin and pull the boot off the joint. Heat it up real good when you slide the new joint on, and put just a little bit of glue on the exposed pin. just press the boot to the pin too hard, and after it dries, it should be good. |

Hot water works for me. Only thing I have yet to try is how to pop the torso open.

for torsos i wrap the figure in a rag or some cloth, take a pair of pliers , place the sholders in the curved inner part of the pliers , and squeeze with short strong squeezes , rotate the figure a cuople times , to loosen a little. then give it one last really REALLY hard squeeze and and the torso pops open , and all pieces are inside the rag instead or exploding all over the room. this method has worked every single time (knock on wood).... just be sure to wrap the figure alot so the pliers dont damage the arms, and be sure pliers are at the top of the sholder.............works for me.
