Here a repaint of the GI JOE Avalanche. There's nothing about this vehicle that says it's snow only so I decided to make it a futuristic looking tank. It's metallic blue and black with silver missiles. I used spray tint on the canopies. I made it so the missile and mines can still fire. I think it looks great as a Cobra Tank.
Cost Breakdown Vehicle 25.00 Paint 10.00 Stickers 10.00 Total 45.00

the repaint is classy but I always thought this vehicle was nothig more then an unfinished base for a vehicle. The detachable vehicle is alright but not nearly as cool as if this was turned into a main battle tank with a really big gun.
If you do another you should put the rolling Thunder turet on it and build some hatches in the main body. Now I want to do one LOL but I am in over my head with my current projects and dont have a scrap Avalanche anyway. |
