Alright, this was the first custom Joe I ever did, and many of you have already seen him and he's been done to death, I know.
I loved Sarge growing up, and I loved my first custom of him, but after I've been getting "better" (at least I think I have) at painting, I took a second stab at him because now I can't stand the first Sarge I did. He looks kinda melty to me. It also helps that Mad Joe sent me a new Sarge head molded in the perfect flesh tone, so I didn't have to paint flesh on the head, and Hasbro released PP Copperhead, so I didn't have to paint the black on the torso, and they release single-carded Ripper, so I didn't have to paint the belt. So, with a lot less to paint, and the few parts I had to paint painted better here's my second Sarge. I'm going to card the first one, on my custom Sarge card art. By the way, I don't even want the Jaxx Sarge anymore. Last edited by Mandingo Rex; 09-17-2010 at 02:31 AM.. |

Dark5cythe/Mad Joe Customizer make a kickass head and hat kit,
and G.I. Eddie came up with a formula that I think screams Sarge. Also, due to Mad Joe sending me a duplicate baton, now I have 2 batons for my new Sarge to beat Cobra ass with. Just like his first 'toon appearance. Formula: Head/Hat/Batons/Whistle: Dark 5cythe/Mad Joe Customizer's kit Torso: PP Copperhead Lower Arms: Bazooka Upper Legs: Serpentor Lower Legs: Wave 9 Hawk Belt: Dreadnok Ripper (single pack, modified) Paints: Tamiya Acrylics |

Oh and last but not least, I'm still proud of the damn card art, so here she is one mo' again:

They both look really nice, the new one has better camoflauge paint and the flat finish looks factory quality. Great customs as always!
