You know, I might be getting a little ahead of myself, but there's nothing wrong with planning ahead and moving forward on the design phase. I wanted to get your input because I think it would be fun to do what would be the most interesting follow on. I had come up with three choices for my next project:
1) A Cobra Assault Carrier with Yak-141s, Helos, and maybe a MiG-31 2) A G.I. Joe Ticonderoga-Class Cruiser with cutaway superstructure 3) A Cobra Kirov-Class Nuclear Battlecruiser 4) Or a G.I. Joe Airbase with transport, fighter, and electronic warfare aircraft What do you guys think?

Do the nuclear battlecruiser. Or the Ticonderoga class cruiser. Other than the Flagg there have been no large naval vessels in the Joe universe. We have add the Flagg and plenty of aircraft. Some awesome naval vessels would rock!

I know, I know. But there's no reason to not hit the design phase of the next project. Especially since this project will be slowing down a little... just a harmless survey. Of course I'm gonna finish my aircraft carrier first. It's the flagship...

No more aircraft carriers. Both Joe and Cobra need more for a naval fleet.

Yeah... I'm secretly pulling for either the Ticonderoga or Kirov... though I'd be stoked to build any one of them!

How about a Homage to the Cartoon and do a USS Montana Battleship?
I too have started a custom FLAGG and have always loved Battleships and planned on making one as well....along with a Cruiser and a Destroyer......I'm gonna be busy and right now I have no time to even think about working on them...since the wife and I are doing some preliminary new house hunting. BTW....I can't wait to see your FLAGG complete. It is looking awesome!!!! Last edited by MSU44; 04-14-2009 at 05:52 PM.. |
