I always wanted a good transport airplane for my g.i.joes, so since i could never find one i just built one. I used chicken wire for the frame, along with cardboard, paper mache, and styrofoam. I added the turrett at the top for a extra touch and also made a neat cockpit with two seats. The back opens so troops can make parachute jumps. I really think it turned out well, considering what i was working with. I also made a custom pilot, named Capt. Aviator.

That looks pretty good for something homemade. When i was younger i would have to do the same types of things. We didn't have alot of money so i would get a big piece of wood and use paper mache to build bases and landscapes. It was relatively cheap and it was pretty damn sturdy...I wonder whatever happened to my homemade bases?...I never thought about making vehicles though...Great idea...

Nice. Can it fit a vehicle inside?
The C-130 is a very large plane. I used to be a load planner. The only one that can carry more is the C-5. You can fit 2 sixteen wheelers side by side in one of them.

Pretty cool.
Always wondered why they never actually made a C130, the Joes sure used them enough. Nice job on it.
