I really liked the 30th anniversary Stalker figure. Hasbro actually beat me to the punch on a modern Stalker, using the same parts I wanted to use. They one-upped my ideas with a better web-gear choice though. A couple of small tweaks (very minor) and I feel like I have the perfect modern Stalker...

The first thing I changed, is I painted the beret green. I then looked online for a picture of Sideshow Stalker's beret, and I tried to paint the patch on the beret to match...
Next I dulled the bright silver on the ammo-clips with more of a darker gun-metal finish. I also added some small details to the straps on his web-gear and his legs. Last edited by beef664422; 09-16-2013 at 06:01 PM.. |

I'll have to check out the web-gear your talking about. I think I like the web-gear because I kinda view Stalker as a jungle guy (I know that is Recondo's terrain, but I always thought Stalker could do a little bit of everything, especially after seeing him Snipe I think it was Borovia's best sniper in the comic."

for some reason I dont like the strap across the chest on this web gear. I have removed some of mine. not sure what it is holding.
Not saying I dont like your Stalker or thats something You need to do. just wondering what you thought on that. Beret looks awesome! Did you do a green wash on his body or is that just the pic? anyway neat o

I only did a real light wash on the green where it looked like plastic shine. Very little because the camp covered most of it. |

I'm painting my Stalker's beret green now. I don't know why I didn't think of this before.
