I would throw some bondo on that make it nice and smooth when you have everything done, but thats just me.

Nope its not, but of course I only used on automotive applications. If you dont glob it on to much it sands down easy.
Now you could fiberglass resin and cloth like they do on those custom speaker boxs, but I never worked with or really researched it to try it.

That is cool.
Thanks for the help. I have been saving scraps of foam as I go for testing stuff like that before final application on the actual model. |
