Finally got the paints, the brushes and the spare parts! This is the first of many projects I got on the go. Finally completed this one on this past Sunday.
Pathfinder, next to his 1990 counterpart for comparison. I used Flint for the arms, torso and waist, Lifeline's head, Gnawgahyde's hat, RoC Mobile PIT headquarters Hawk's vest and RoC Snake-Eye's legs. The blank stands from the DG figures are great, as you can label them yourself.

Just a slight bump, as I had posted my pics in the evening. Not much going on then.

Looks spot on the vintage. I would have liked seen him with the hat used in the artcard.

For that, I'd probably need an extra Bench-Press aka RoC Rock & Roll boonie hat.

it must be the angle. that hat should have worked better. Great job btw. I suggested most of those parts on another site. If I make him thats what I would use. |

Looks good, nice job on parts choice and the paint looks really close to the original.

A couple more of my finished projects. Here are Ambush and Blizzard.
I'm not exactly happy with the way my version of Ambush in his 1990 colours turned out. The colour on the swatch at the store where I got my paint looked close to the off-white, but instead ended up kinda pinkish when it dried. So annoying. I like my Night Force version better. For my modern sculpt version of his 1990 figure, I used Breaker's head, and painted the facial hair on, then swapped his body for comic pack Lt. Falcon's. As for my Night Force version, I used PoC Night Fox's arms, torso and waist. The legs, I'm not sure who's they were. Onto Blizzard. He was simpler. I used an extra PoC Jungle Assault Duke head, and an RoC Frostbite body.
