Never had any direct work with Somali pirates, but coming from the FMS ops world I know exactly what you mean. Real east african insurgent types are usually wearing some UN or africaans type stolen fatigues, old surplus bdus, whatever a recently bygone local militia thinks pases as a uniform or threadworn western clothes like, dude be all trying to look bad ass with his sand worn Kalishnikov and ball hugging Jordache on...lol.
I was just sooo happy someone made somali pirates I was willing to suspend a little disbeleif and didnt want to mention it due to excitement over being able to play USS boxer maersk alabama and have Shipwreck kill 4 pirates with 3 bullets on easter morning ( look it up if you dont know the story, im sure Shadowwarrior already knows it). |

Hey Everyone, It's true, the Pirates are poor as shit!
But, as I said, I think the customs are awesome, and I would love someone to make a couple of accurate Somali Pirates (and maybe a beaten up old Skiff to ride in!) Quote:

But I am familiar indeed with the Incident lol My dream in life now is to make a 1:18 scale Panamax Tanker or Cargo vessel, 4 Customised PCASP's and some custom Crew members! Can you imagine the size of the fucking thing! Will have to unearth some ship building bleprints and mess aound with scale! I'm in the office now actually, shipwreck is sitting on my desk with a Rifle keeping watch! |
