Yes what is wrong with army building ? Just because some one army builds does not make them a scalper

Oh, and there was a variant. Red Target shopping cart and cell phone to call other scalper friends based at home to check ebay prices. Heres the pic. Its probably worth about at least a grand more. Ha!
